When creating an event, you can set the ticket sales cutoff for the event or set the ticket sales period for each ticket on the Tickets page.

To make all the ticket sales end at the same time, please set the ticket sales deadline.

If you wish to create multiple ticket types with different sales periods (e.g., Early Bird tickets, regular tickets) or publish an event page first and begin selling tickets later, you may do so by setting the ticket sales period for each ticket.

Setting the ticket sales deadline for the event

By default, the ticket sales cutoff is the start time of the event, but it can be stopped earlier or extended up to 24 hours after the end of your event.

1. Under Advanced settings, locate “Stop all ticket sales” and click the “Change” button.

2. Enter your desired date and time to stop all ticket sales for your event.

Setting the ticket sales start/end time per ticket type

On the scheduled start/end time, the ticket sales will automatically start/end.

* The ticket sales start time cannot be set or edited after the event is published. Also, after the event is published, you cannot create a new ticket type with a scheduled ticket sales start time. It is necessary that you set the ticket sales start time for all tickets before publishing your event.

* The sales may start/end up to 15 minutes before/after the scheduled time. If you need sales to commence or stop exactly at a particular time, please start or stop the sales manually on the Tickets page.

1. Click the Settings button for the ticket you wish to edit the sales start time.

2. Click “Change” for the Sales Start time.

3. Set the date and time you wish to start the ticket sales. It needs to be at least 30 minutes from the time the event page is published.

Setting the ticket sales end time

By default, ticket sales will stop on the ticket sales cutoff time (i.e., the start time of the event).

1. Click the Settings button for the ticket you wish to edit the sales end time.

2. Click “Change” for the Sales End time.

3. Set the date and time you wish to end the ticket sales. It needs to be at least 30 minutes prior to the sales end date for all tickets.

4. Click the Settings button again to close the Schedule Ticket Sales screen.

Once you are finished setting the ticket sales deadline and the ticket sales start/end time, click “Next: Details” at the bottom of the page.

* If you set both a ticket sales end time for a ticket type and a ticket sales deadline for the event, the sales will end on the scheduled ticket sales end time for the ticket type.

Example of a ticket sales schedule

When only one type of ticket is sold or when all tickets are sold at the same time

  • Please set only "Stop all ticket sales".
  • Do not set the sales end date and time for individual tickets. If you have set this date and time, reset it and set it again to "Event ticket sales cutoff".

When multiple types of tickets are sold and only certain tickets are sold earlier

  • Set the "Stop all ticket sales" to the end date and time of the last ticket to be sold.
  • Set the "Sales End" for individual tickets only for tickets that are sold early.
  • Do not set an individual ticket sales end date and time for tickets that will be sold until the end of the event. If you have set this date and time, reset it and set it again to "Event ticket sales cutoff".

In case of payment at a convenience store/ATM

  • Early Bird ticket sales period: Up to February 20
  • Regular ticket sales period: February 21 to March 10
  • Event date: March 11
