There are two ways to create a an event with multiple shows or time slots.

Points to keep in mind when creating multiple events

*When an event is held over multiple days, the ticket sales amount will be transferred within 5 business days after the last day of the event. Ticket sales proceeds cannot be transferred before the event end date set on the event page.

*An event reminder email will be sent to all purchasers (regardless of the ticket type applied for) 24 hours prior to the start of the event.

*For online events, the streaming URL can be set and the Watch Stream page can be accessed by all event attendees, regardless of ticket type.

Create only one event page to manage multiple time slots

If you would like to manage multiple time slots using only one event page, please set the event starting date/time based on the first time slot and last time slot. Then, name the ticket types according to each time slot and list down all the time slots in the event description.

By default, the sales end date is the start time of the event. For example, if your event starts at 6 p.m., the ticket sales will stop at 6 p.m. If you want to sell tickets throughout the event period or set a different sales period for each ticket type, check this help page: How to set the ticket sales period.

Please be aware that once the sales end date passes, the ticket sales for all the time slots will stop and you will not be able to place Boost orders.

▼Example

<Attention when accepting tickets>

If multiple tickets with different dates and times are sold on the same event page, and attendees apply for multiple different tickets, the tickets will be combined into one.

When a ticket is checked in, all tickets for the same date and time will be checked in at the same time. It is not possible to check in a ticket for a specific date and time in parts.

If you wish to check-in tickets by date and time, we recommend that you create separate event pages for each date and time by referring to "Create a separate event page for each event (create multiple event pages)" below.

*Only one QR code will be displayed for each ticket combined on the same event page. A QR code for each individual ticket will not be created, and once the check-in is completed, the QR code will be used.

Create a separate event page for each event (create multiple event pages)

We recommend duplicating the original event page to create multiple event pages in a short time. Before publishing the duplicated event page, please confirm that the event details (such as event name, date/time) are correct.

For this option, payout will be processed separately for each event page depending on the event page's end time. Feel free to share about other available time slots on your event page by including your event page URLs in each event description. All your events will be listed on your organizer group page so you can share your group page as your main page.
