If you made changes to event information after the event page is published, you can choose to notify your attendees.

  • Event Name
  • Venue
  • Address
  • Event Description


After saving your changes, the following message will pop up asking you whether you wish to notify attendees of the changes. If you wish to notify attendees, click [Yes, notify attendees].


When you update Event Name, Venue or Address and click [Yes, notify attendees], attendees will be notified of the changes via our message feature.


For Event Description, the specific changes are not described in the notification. Please manually send messages to attendees to notify the important changes.


* For online events, the message asking you whether you wish to notify attendees of the changes will not pop up when you made changes on Streaming URL, streaming method or event instructions for attendees on the online event settings page. Please manually send messages to attendees to notify them of the change.
