Ticket cancellations can be made up to 24 hours after the event has ended.

If the cancellation button is not displayed, the following reasons may apply:


The attendee has already been "checked in"  

If you wish to cancel an order that has been checked in, you will need to revert the status to "waiting to check in" by selecting [Undo]. For more details, please refer to How to check in attendees with PC.


The refund processing fee is higher than the ticket price

If the refund processing fee for a paid ticket exceeds the ticket price, the ticket cannot be canceled.
