You can generally order tickets from any country. 

However, due to internet access restrictions, there may be some countries where access to the ticket sales page is not possible.

For U.S. Users  

U.S. users cannot view event pages or order tickets for events held in other countries.  

To view event pages or order tickets for events outside the U.S., users residing in the U.S. need to sign in through the U.S.-specific page and change their country of residence to a non-U.S. location in their account settings.

Currency for Paid Tickets  

When selling paid tickets, the currency available for ticket sales is limited to the currency of the country selected as the "country" during event creation.  

Payments can be made via VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club, and PayPal.

Credit Card Payments from Overseas  

When tickets are purchased with a credit card from overseas, the amount will be charged in the currency of the credit card's issuing country, with an exchange rate applied at the time of the transaction, plus any applicable currency exchange and processing fees.
