If an attendee purchases multiple tickets for a single event, those tickets will be combined into one.

When the combined ticket is checked in, all tickets under that order will be checked in simultaneously. It is not possible to check in specific tickets partially.

When Ticket Holders Arrive Separately on the Event Day

The ticket purchaser can transfer individual tickets to their companions ahead of time. The companions who receive transferred tickets can then present their tickets at the event entrance to check in.

If the organizer checks in the order before the companion has received the transferred ticket, the companion will no longer be able to claim the ticket. At the time of check-in, make sure that the number of tickets shown matches the number of attendees present.

If the ticket transfer has not been completed and the purchaser and companions arrive separately (with fewer people than the number of tickets), it is recommended to check in manually using the attendee list.

Example:

Ask for the name of the group's representative or the name of the person who will be joining later, and write it down on the attendee list. When the remaining attendee arrives, confirm their name and allow entry if it matches.

For more information on using an attendee list, please refer to Paper Check-in.
