If you see error message "Either your username or password is incorrect. Please try again.", it means the username or password you have entered does not match with an account. 

If you are unable to log in to your account, please try to reset the password of your account.


If you did not receive the password reset email, you may have created an account with different email address or Facebook/Twitter/Google/Apple. If you forgot the email address you used for your account, please check the email with the title "Your event is around the corner. Sell more tickets with these options" that was sent to your inbox after publishing an event. The email address/account you used to publish the event will be shown in the email.



If you did not create your account with email and password, please access your account by selecting Agree and Sign in with Facebook/Twitter/Google/Apple according to the account you used to create your account.


If you are still unable to log in to your account, please contact us for further assistance as there might be an error in the registered email address.


Account locked - too many sign in attempts


If you see error message "Too many sign in attempts. Please try again later, or contact our help center.", your account is temporarily locked because wrong email or password were entered repeatedly. In this case, please try again later. 


If you have entered correct email address but are not sure about the password, please try to reset the password of your account.
