Within 5 business days after the end of each event, we will process the transfer of the ticket sales proceeds minus payment processing fees and transfer charges. Please register your information (account for receiving payment) before the end of the event.


Ticket sales proceeds cannot be transferred prior to the event end date set on the event page.

In the case of an event that extends over multiple days, the payment will be processed within 5 business days after the last day of the event.


If the transfer cannot be made due to an error in the account information for the payment receipt

An email will be sent to the email address registered in your account. If the transfer was not made by the deadline, please be sure to check your account once to make sure that you have received an email.

  • Even if "Payout process completed" is displayed in My Account, if there is an error in the account information, the transfer has not been completed.If you cannot confirm the transfer, please be sure to check your email.


  • If you do not reply to the email and correct your account information only in "My Account", the payment for the event will not be transferred to your account. Please be sure to reply to the email you receive. After confirming your reply, we will process the transfer again within 5 business days.
    Please do not reply from a different email address or create a new email in order to check your identity.


  • If there is an error in transferring the sales price for multiple events, you will basically receive separate emails for each event (events held on the same day may be combined in one email). Please be sure to reply to all emails.


  • After replying to an email, please correct your account information in "My Account" as well, in order to prevent transfer errors for future events.
