If you do not see emails from Peatix in your inbox, please follow the steps below.
Look for emails in your inbox
All emails from Peatix are sent from email addresses that end with "@peatix.com". Please look for emails that are sent from this domain. Make sure to check the spam/junk mail folder as well.
Please note that no new messages are accepted when your mailbox quota is completely used. Delete unnecessary emails to free up storage space for your email account.
It is also possible for emails to arrive late when the network is congested. Please check your inbox again after some time.
Confirm that you are checking the correct inbox
If you cannot locate emails from Peatix in your inbox, please confirm that you are checking the correct email account (i.e., the inbox for the email address that is registered with Peatix).

If you are no longer using the email address that is registered with Peatix or you wish to receive emails to a different email address, please refer to How to change your email address.
Check the settings for your email address
Once you have identified the email address that is registered with Peatix, check the following settings:
Spam/junk mail settings
- Are emails sent from the Peatix domain ("@peatix.com") restricted?
- Are emails that contain URLs restricted?
If these emails are currently restricted, change the settings so that you can receive such emails going forward.
Email filter settings
Check the filter settings of your email account to see and confirm that emails from Peatix are not being forwarded or deleted.
