Receipts issued from the organizer to attendees

As an alternative to receipts, Peatix issues "receipt data" that can be downloaded within attendees' Peatix accounts.

Peatix Inc., a U.S. based operating entity, only operates the platform for organizers to sell tickets and collects payment on behalf of the organizers. 

Therefore, Peatix Inc. cannot issue receipts to event attendees.

However, attendees can only obtain receipt data that includes the organizer's invoicing system number if the organizer has registered it in advance.

Receipts issued from Peatix to organizers

24 hours after the event, the organizer will be able to check the Payout Details.

However, for the following reasons, the Japan's invoicing law number (invoice number) will not be included on the Payout Details.

・The Payout is Peatix's delivery to the organizer of the ticket sales received from attendees. Therefore, there is no consumption tax between Peatix and the organizer.

・Ticketing fees are not taxed because Peatix Inc. is the provider of the payment service in the United States. Therefore, there is no consumption tax between Peatix and the organizer.

Peatix Japan Inc. has obtained a registration number as a qualified invoice issuing business operator (invoice issuing business operator) as a business subject to consumption tax for various paid services it provides to organizers, such as promote event services and invoice payment.

Peatix Japan Inc. will issue a payout detail with the registration number of a qualified invoice issuing business operator for the various optional paid services for organizers for which Peatix Japan Inc. is the main provider of service.
