After you have published the event, you can change the event settings such as the event description, cover image or event title at any time. Please note that some event settings, such as the event date and time, cannot be edited after publishing the event.
To edit your event, please click the Edit button of the event.
You can update the following on the Edit event page:
- Basics Settings
- Tickets Settings
- Online Event Settings (only applicable to online events)
- Event Details Settings
When editing your event, a message will pop up asking you whether you wish to notify the ticket buyers of the changes.
If you wish to notify the ticket buyers, click "Yes, notify attendees".
Even if you don't notify the ticket buyers, changes to the event page are shown under "Updates" on the event page.
From the Edit event page, click "Edit Basics".
You can edit the event name, venue and address. After you have updated the data, please click the save button.
After you have published the event, you cannot make changes to the event date and time. Please note that online events cannot be changed to physical events after the event has been published.
From the Edit event page, click "Edit Tickets".
If you wish to add ticket categories, and change the number of available tickets, please check How to change the number of tickets, add or delete ticket types, stop the ticket sales.

Edit the maximum number of tickets per ticket type
You can at any time change the maximum number of tickets than can be ordered per ticket type.
After you have published the event page, you cannot make changes to the payment methods.
Online Event Settings (only applicable to online events)
From the Edit event page, locate "Online Event Settings" and click "Edit Settings".
You can edit the streaming URL and event instructions, which are shared on the Watch Stream page that is only accessible to the attendees who have ordered tickets to your event.
After you have made the changes, please click the Save button.
Event Details Settings
From the Edit event page, you can edit the cover image and description of the event. After you have made the changes, please click the Save button to save your work.
After you have published the event, you cannot change the event page URL.

* If you have ordered a paid promotion for your event, you will not be able to change the tags from the promotion.
Event Privacy Setting
